Q:How do you pack the items? Can you gift wrap or include a personalized message?

A:We are unable to gift wrap or message items as they are prepared to special order by our independent supplier.

Q:I'd love for you to make something for me that isn't for sale in your store yet. You can do this?

A:Maybe. Let us know what you have in mind, and if we can pull it off, we'll be happy to. Of course, if we make a custom order just for you, we'd send you the artwork for your approval, but we'll require full payment for the art upfront which is non-refundable, unless there is a fault with the item of course.

Q:Do you do wholesale order?

A:For some items over 25 in quantity, I can get up to 20% off the regular price, but not in smaller quantities, as we don't have much markup on the things we sell.
